The Projects and Resources Committee (PARC) is asked to bring the experience and interest of each member to meetings, and by other means of communication to provide input, knowledge and a review of projects and activities. The PARC has two purposes: The first is to assist in providing ideas and presenters for the biannual sessions, which are intended to be organized in a seminar format to bring projects and activities along the river. The meetings are intended to allow for public information, technical presentations and review and discussion of the projects and activities. Second, the PARC may also be asked by agencies or organizations to review projects and activities on the river corridor and make recommendations to the Forum Board of Directors about potential board actions.
