The Sacramento River Discovery Center in Red Bluff is planning to build a larger facility. The current building, with an area of 1,400 square feet, would be replaced by a 10,000 square foot facility. The non-profit agency also hopes to construct a replica of an American indian village, add an overflow campground, lengthen trails and improve boat ramps.
