Fishers brace for salmon scarcity

This acticle is about how the low number of Klamath River salmon affect people ocean fishing for Sacramento River salmon because they intermingle when out in sea. Scientist do not want people catching Klamath River salmon but there is no way to tell a Sacramento salmon from a Klamath salmon. For this reason many of the best fishing parts of the ocean off of the California coast are off limits to Salmon fishermen.
