Location Description
This small resort is located at approximately River Mile 229.5 - L immediately south and adjacent to Mill Creek Park in Tehama County on the north side of the Tehama Bridge within the Red Bluff/Los Molinos Subreach.

This site is flat with steep banks.
Vegetation Wildlife
The entire site is turf and trees. Other than a few cottonwoods scattered among the
ornamental trees, there is no riparian vegetation present at this site.
Current Land Use
Allowable uses include boat docking and small boat launching, fishing, and
RV/tent camping.
Adjacent Land Use
This site is bordered by another resort (River's Rest) to the south and a mobile home park to the east. The small town of Tehama is directly across the river from this site. Mill Creek Park is immediately adjacent to the north.
Access Description
This facility is easily accessed from both the adjacent public road serving the county
park and from the river.
