This small resort is located at approximately River Mile 229.7 - L between Mill Creek and Mill Creek Park within the Red Bluff/Los Molinos Subreach

This site is flat with steep banks and is mostly covered by turf and riparian trees.

The majority of the site is turf and trees with the exception of the marina, which is seperated from the mouth of Mill Creek by dense mixed riparian forest.

Allowable uses include boat docking and launching (for a fee), fishing, and RV/tent camping.
Adjacent Land Use
There is a single family residense between the resort and Mill Creek and farmland to the east of the site. Mill Creek Park is immediately adjacent to the south. The land on the opposite side of the river is all agriculture.
Access Description
The facility is easily accessed from a public road that runs along the east side of Mill Creek Park and from the river. From Hwy. 99E turn west onto Tehama Vina Rd to 24680 Hidden Harbor Rd .
