Located in the town of Ryde
Site Description
Historic hotel that was built in 1927 and served as a riverboat way station. Was a popular spot for celebrities in the 1920s. Herbert Hoover announced his presidency at the hotel. The Art Decko setting is now a popular Sunday brunch spot. The hotel has 32 refurbished rooms and many recreation opportunities, such as, a nine hole golf course next to the river, a 20,000 gallon swimming pool, and a private boat dock for Sacramento River Access.
