Twenty-seven miles south of Dunsmuir, thirty-five miles north of Redding and less than 5 miles north of Lakeshore and Antlers. Off of Interstate 5.
Site Description
The site has a large swimming hole with a flat rocky beach. The current is slow and there are shallow parts possibly making it a good location for children.

Access Description
From Interstate 5 Take the Vollmers / Dog Creek exit. Go under freeway turn right on Fender Ferry Road. Drive approx. Two miles and cross three bridges and park. Follow trails downstream of bridge. The road to get there is a bumpy dirt road.
