Location Description
Fishing access is an extension of Prospect Ave., off Dunsmuir Ave. in Dunsmuir. Easy access from Interstate 5.
Site Description
Provides three miles of fly fishing if willing to hike. Must use caution when using the trail because it follows the railroad. The road leading to the river as well as the parking area are dirt. The site is usually easily accessible but there may be some problems with mud during rainy times. The parking area is not large and may not hold too many vehicles.

Access Description
I-5 northbound:Take Dunsmuir Avenue Exit. Turn left at stop sign. Travel ~0.3 miles and turn right on Prospect Avenue. (Watch for “Prospect Avenue Fishing Access” sign). Turn right when road forks. Follow Prospect Avenue down hill to river. I-5 southbound: Take Dunsmuir Avenue Exit. Turn right at stop sign. Travel ~0.2 miles and turn right on Prospect Avenue. Follow northbound directions.
