Site Description
Samuel Ayer Park is a gated park used for group gatherings. The park has a one lane road around its open section that is nice for a quiet short walk or a bicycle ride. Dog Island Park is open to the general public and has individual BBQs, picnic tables, horseshoe pits, and restrooms. Cross the bridge to the island and you can enjoy the trails that connect to Samuel Ayer Park and run along the Sacramento River.
